Czech Sci-Fi Film From 1963

Boing Boing posted a link to this YouTube clip earlier today - it's an amazing Czech sci-fi film from 1963 called Ikarie XB-1. I'd love to watch the full movie, but I don't think it's readily available here in the US, but you can get it (Pal version only) from a mail order company called Xploited Cinema.
